GRIAT has a wide range of international partners from the industry, educational and public institutions. Among our close partners there are “Siemens” LLC, KUKA Robotics, Eidos Robotics, Technomatics with support of KUKA Roboter GmbH, the Agency for Economic Development of Thuringia (LEG Thueringen, Fraunhofer Institute for Material and Beam Technology - Fraunhofer IWC.
GRIAT runs MSc programs jointly with the renowned educational institutions in Germany. These are Ilmenau University of Technology (TU Ilmenau), Otto-von Guericke University Magdeburg, University of Kaiserslautern (TU Kaiserslautern). Memoranda of Understanding are signed with TU Braunschweig, Saarland University, Darmstadt University of Technology (TU Darmstadt) for implementing new joint MSc degree programs.
DAAD became the partner of the German-Russian Institute of Advanced Technologies from the very beginning. The General Secretary of the DAAD Dr. Dorothea Rüland, chairman of the Board of Trustees of GRIAT, personally gave start to "work" of the institute in September, 2014. DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) is a private, federally funded and state-funded, self-governing national agency of the institutions of higher education in Germany, representing 365 German higher education institutions (100 universities and technical universities, 162 general universities of applied sciences, and 52 colleges of music and art).
