SIEMENS provides a full scholarship over four semesters: During the three semesters of study in GRIAT the students get a scholarship over 10.000 RUR per month and during their stay in Germany they get 65.000 RUR per month. In addition to that the scholarship recipient gets a one time payment of 80.000 RUR to cover the organizational costs for the study in Germany.
Over the four semesters the students have to work already with SIEMENS Russia, mainly with the headquarter in Moscow. This allows them to get good work experience and establish useful professional contacts which might be very useful after their graduation.

History: In 2015 SIEMENS LLC became GRIAT’s partner with its representative office in the Russian Federation. KNRTU-KAI had been cooperating with SIEMENS since the Cooperation Agreement was signed in November 2015. In March, 2016 the Agreement of the SIEMENS Scholarship Awarding was signed in Magdeburg. According to it, six best GRIAT students by way of competitive selection were awarded scholarships for completing a full Master-degree course including a one-term stay in Germany. Since then GRIAT Master students regularly apply for the SIEMENS Company scholarship, but only the best and brightest students have a chance to get the SIEMENS scholarship.
