Courses Typically Taught |
Formats of modulation in optical communications The course is aimed for BSc students. The purpose of studying this discipline is the formation of students' professional competences in the field of signal conversion and modulation formats used in optical communication. The objectives of the discipline are connected with familiarizing students with the types of digital modulation, studying of the basic units of optical communication systems, increasing skills and abilities in participating and organizing maintenance and tuning devices and optical communication systems. Theory of electromagnetic compatibility The course is aimed for BSc students. The purpose of the discipline is to prepare the future bachelor to actively master the modern methods of ensuring the joint operation of radio electronic equipment for various purposes. The basis of this training is the emphasis on the fundamental understanding in the field of basic applications of modern theory and practice of electromagnetic compatibility. Telecommunication technologies The course is aimed for BSc students. The purpose of the discipline is to form students' professional competences in the field of telecommunication technologies, methods of building telecommunication systems, their modes of operation. The course includes lectures and labs. Digital signal processing: algorithms and applications The course is aimed for MSc students. The main purpose of studying the discipline is to form the future masters of the basic methods and techniques of digital filtering, processing and transformation of information data in modern information systems for registering, accumulating, processing and presenting data, studying implementation methods in information systems and on modern personal computers analysis of information data. Data processing methods in photonics The course is aimed for BSc students. The objectives of studying the discipline is to form students a systematic approach to the physical fundamentals of optoelectronic devices and the study of basic methods and techniques for filtering, processing and converting information data in modern optoelectronic systems for recording, accumulating, processing and presenting data. |

Research and Publication |
Giving lectures for bachelor and MSc students of KNRTU-KAI. Developing curricular for new academic courses. Participation in research projects. In charge of the laboratory of “Microwave technologies and measurements”. Main research direction is devoted to antennas and microwave devices, data processing, transmitting and storing. |
